This corporate headquarters has over 10,000 square feet of office space that includes a state of the art training center. This building also has over 45,000 square feet of warehouse space used as the company’s major distribution hub.

Cachey Builders dealt with and resolved problems with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Village of Homer Glen to reduce letters of credit and make the project marketable.

In 2009, T.J. Cachey Builders was contracted as Construction Manager for a 16,000 sq. ft. complete demolition and remodeling project, done while the bank remained operational. The first floor is personal banking loans and safety deposit boxes. The second floor is the new state of the art phone center and training facility.

Working with the Village of Glenwood and the NALCO Company, T.J. Cachey Builders took an abandoned, dilapidated, obsolete 56,000 sq. ft. building and turned it into a state of the art manufacturing and testing center. The project also included adding an enclosed 10,625 sq. ft. dock, office space and a 3 acre parking lot.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We were called on for this design/build build out which consisted of high tech operating rooms, sterilization area as well as reception and waiting room. An additional 800 sq. ft. of private offices and break rooms are on the second level. The time frame was very important and we successfully completed the project within 60 days. Our crews worked diligently to organize, schedule and pull together this state of the art facility to open on time and within budget.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

T. J. Cachey Builders has just wrapped up a project for Webb Auto Outlet, just South of 111th Street on Southwest Hwy. in Palos Park. The Webb Family of Auto Dealerships purchased the previous site of Sid’s Nursery for their new facility.

We first converted one of the out buildings into an auto repair shop consisting of six mechanic stations complete with lifts.

Demolition of the greenhouses opened up the four acre site for the outdoor display of automobiles.

The 5,300 square foot main building was stripped down to the four walls and is now a state of the art auto showroom and sales center. Private offices and a call center occupy the second floor.

This is the first of three Webb Auto Outlets that the Webb Family plans on opening in the near future.
